Youth Advisory Panel Seeks New Members If you are a passionate and expressive person between the ages 15-22 who “thinks big” and wants to make a difference for youth across Alberta, apply to become a member of the Provincial Youth Advisory Panel.
Eighteen youth will be selected for 2010-11 from across the province to provide important feedback to the government about programs, services and issues that matter to young people. The panel meets on weekends, four to six times during the year to discuss important topics and provide direction to the Ministry of Children and Youth Services.
This is a great opportunity for youth, including youth in or from care, to meet peers across the province who want to express their ideas and influence initiatives that will help build a stronger province for children, youth, families and communities.
